Deadline to enter 2009 contest has passed. Winners will be announced at May 9, 2009 state conference
All first-place entries were sent on to compete in the national contest. Awards are usually announced In June and will be presented at the 2009 NFPW conference, Sept. 10-12, 2009 in San Antonio, Texas.
